Abstract (EN)

Scientists use data directly through pulling it from related database. Thus, majority of the data which are stored in database were manually manipulated and derived. Researchers who use database are willing to get information about transformations applied to data and resources. The information about the resources of data and processes of getting it to the latest state have become a significant issue. Provenance information consists of detailed information about the original of data and history of operations made on data. Provenance and security terms should be used together in order to fix corrupted data parts, protect data from unwanted accesses and detect security violations. The information such as infectious disease records belongs to a person is quite sensitive and should be protected from unwanted accesses. This also can fulfill through protecting privacy of the data. In the scope of thesis, a provenance model which supports security and privacy is developed as independent from domain. In the scope of applying this model, it is aimed to provide privacy and security of personal information in the infectious disease domain, to monitor retrospective data, to preserve vaccination history and to detect security violations by integrating Infectious Disease Ontology (BHO) and National Vaccine Ontology (UAO) with this model. This provenance model developed can be used in the infrastructure of Healthcare Provenance Information System (SKBS) aiming to be supported security and privacy.
