Abstract (EN)

Delta Robot Control With Image Processing Base As the world population increases rapidly, the need for food has increased in parallel. In this respect, food industries have made progress on this sector. Thanks to industrial foods, exports to many parts of the world are provided. In order to prevent any harm to human health, the products produced are duly produced and passed through many inspections and controls. New developments have been made in order to produce the healthiest product and one of these developments is the process of direct packaging of the products with the help of machinery without being exposed to any external environment and person. With the adaptation of technology to the industry, the studies related to the packaging sector are also developing rapidly. Parallel type delta robots are used in the food industry in order to reduce the packaging cost to a minimum. In this study, a delta type parallel robot simulation with image processing control is realized. In the context of this simulation, experiments related to poultry products in the white meat processing industry were performed. The product coordinates on the belt were determined with the help of the camera during the passage of the products such as limb parts of the shredded chicken, namely wing, baguette, tenderloin, and transferred to the delta robot designed in Matlab. The success of the Delta robot for the orientation of the designated location and the collection of products on the belt was examined. Key Words: Delta robot, image processing, kinematic analysis
