Abstract (EN)
This thesis aims to assign proctors to exams in an exam period, thus creating timetables for each proctors of a foundation university. It is very difficult to obtain exact solutions for NP hard problems, such as timetabling problems, when the problem has too many variables. Hence, genetic algorithm is used in this study. The deviations from determined number of exams and duration of exams for each proctor are aimed to be minimized.
