If we look at the history of graphic design,many examples that white spaces were used effectively and the expression which wasadded to the design bring up a striking truth that white spaces can be strong designelement, if they are used effectively in page layout.White spaces are the most important factor that provide unity between the elementsused in design and prevent the clutter and detention in visual perception due to usingmany elements. White spaces also give the feeling of designed and the sense ofintellectuality on designs. For the ones who had not trained as a designer, all emptyspaces on page have to be filled; for the professional designers, the same empty spacesshow theirselves as a design element that are used effectively.
