The educational messages of Gülten Dayıoğlu's children novels

ABSTRACTChildren's Literature, which takes place as a separate branch in the area ofliterature world in our country towards the 20th century, has become an undeniablefactor in the education of children recently. To use it effectively, the authors ofchildren's literature are expected to provide national and universal mesages for childrenin their works. Because these mesages provide the development of children on the wayof cognition, perception, socialization and acquisition of moral and personality.Today, Gülten Dayıoglu is one of the important authors whose importancegrows rapidly in this field.Dayıoglu becomes one of the authors who defend exceedingly the requirementof children's literature. For this reason, our author, after an indecision phase, hasdirected her writings to children since she began her writing life for the first time. In herworks for children, she has aimed the children to live easily being affected bye theseworks.
