Gürültü ve titreşim hakkındaki mevzuat hükümlerinin farklı sektörlerde çalışanların iş verimliliği üzerindeki etkileri

In this study, the noise, which is a physical risk factor, has been taken into consideration because it has a negative impact on the employees. In study, the effects of noise measurement on human health and work efficiency were investigated. In the study, 56 people on two different sectors in the province of Adana the effect of noise on employees working in different sectors survey; the effect of noise on the employees on the employees' knowledge levels was investigated. A dosimeter was used to measure noise levels in these sectors. Likert type questions were used in the survey. To analyze the results, a computer program was used for the SSPS Necessary measures are taken to reduce and control noise detected. As a result of the study, the groups that do not define the noise which constitutes a very important health risk from the industrial point of view as environmental pollution have been identified. Therefore, it was emphasized that the owners should give importance to the individual training of employees. Education is the most important and effective way to make occupational health and safety a concept of culture that everyone adopts and implements rather than legal responsibility.
