Determination of the fatty acid profile of some locust species Saga hakkarica (Sirin & Taylan 2019), Uvarovistia zebra (Uvarov, 1916), Bradyporus (Callimenus) latipes (Stål, 1875), Isophya hakkarica (Karabağ, 1962), Pezodrymadusa indivisa (Karabağ, 1961) found in Hakkari province

According to the fatty acid results in the analysis; While Oleic acid (C18:1c) ranked first in Saga hakkarica, Uvarovistia zebra, Bradyporus (Callimensu) latipes, the highest value of Oleic acid among these species was seen in Uvarovista zebra with a value of 36.4±2.8. In the Isophya hakkarica Karadağ species, αLinolenic acid (C18:3n3) ranks first with 18.4±.1, while in the Pezodrymadusa indivisa Karadağ species, the fatty acid Linolenic acid (C18:2c) with the highest value is 23.6±1.8%. It was determined with a value of. Again, within the species, Palmitic acid is 17.3±1.4% in Saga hakkarika, Linolenic acid is 14.7±1.1% in Uvarovistia zebra, αLinolenic acid (C18:3n3) is 14% in Bradyporus (Callimenus) latipes. .6±0.01, Lauric acid (C12:0) in Isophya hakkarica Karadağ was 10.4±0.1, which was higher than the other four species. When we look at Pezodrymadusa indivisa Karadağ, Oleic acid was found to be 17.1±1.3. It was observed that Isophya hakkarica Karadağ had Caprylic acid (C8:0) of 7.79±0.1 and Pezodrymadusa indivisa Karadağ had Palmitic acid. In Bradyporus Callimenus latipes, a very different situation, tLinolelaidic acid (C18:2t) was detected as 9.62±1.54%. In Isophya hakkarica Karadağ, Myristic acid (C14:0) was found to be 6.28±0.01, and in Pezodrymadusa indivisa Karadağ, αLinolenic acid (C18:3n3) was found to be 7.88±0.01. Finally, among these species, the highest value in SAFA is 48.0±7.5 in Isophya hakkarica Karadağ species, Uvarovistia zebra is ahead with 41.4±1.3 in MUFA% rates, and Bradyporus Callimenus latipes is 40% in PUFA% rates.
