The study of the interpretation of the vocabulary and structures of verses of praise in the holy Qur'an has several benefits, as it is a recent study that has not been researched except in a rare few, as there is no comprehensive detailed study except an lonely study that merged the two requirements of the study without and discrimination. The reader of the holy Qur'an who contemplates its meanings finds the subject of praise in the Qur'an in abundance, even if he does not find the word praise in itself, but rather what indicates it , It is no coincidence that the verses of the Holy Qur'an opened with the first laud to ALLAH , Lord of the Worlds. ﴿All praise is to Allah, Lord of the Worlds﴾. Passing through the laud of Allah for himself, his angels and his messengers, as he praised and praised the pure and righteous of his creation, in addition to the innumerable praiseworthy deeds that the believer must do to praise Allah for them, and these two things, if they indicate anything, they indicate the importance of praise and laud. Therefore, the researcher sought in this study called (Verses of Praise and Laud in the Holy Qur'an) to clarify and reveal the locations of the verses of praise and Laud in the Holy Qur'an and to refer to their interpretation in an objectivity depending on the scholars of interpretation, both the late and the advanced among them, in order to serve the objectives of the research, as the researcher showed the difference Between praise and Laud, in addition to the high status of praise and Laud in the Holy Qur'an.
