Burnout and job satisfaction of healthcare employees

Aim of the study is determine to job satisfaction and burnout level of healthcare employees that work Beşiri State Hospital. Reviewed the literature about job satisfication and burnout. Then analyzed factors that affect job satisfication and burnout level of healthcare employees. Were given some advices about increasing job satisfactions and reduce burnout level of health care employees. Besides we examined to effect of demographic varibles on burnout level and job satisfication. We examined factors affect to Job satisfaction and burnout level of Beşiri State hospital's employees such as unity they work,their night shift conditions and some other variables . We determine that almost same factors increase job satisfaction and reduce burnout level of health care employees. For example: working at more suitible conditions and working place that they want. It will be helpful for both workers and coparations to provide increases job satisfaction factors such as improving working canditions, increasing salary, providing friendly environment and prevent burnout with better ventilation, lighting and decreasing stress.
