Pre-hospital emergency medicine is an area with its own characteristics. It is not possible to set limits in this highly dynamic field. It is possible to encounter a different phenomenon at a different place and at a different time. The specificity of the field is to intervene under difficult conditions with the available facilities. In this non-monotonous field, emergency healthcare professionals face many problems while performing their essential duties. Faced with ethical dilemmas and violations, health professionals are seeking an outlet to do what is right and beneficial for the patient. The aim of this study was to determine the attitudes of emergency health professionals in the field of patient privacy in the pre-hospital area. For this purpose, a descriptive study was conducted for health professionals working actively in Adana 112 Provincial Ambulance Service. In the data collection form, there are 7 expressions of demographic information and 17 expressions for the field. Participants were asked to give a score between 0 and 10 according to their degree of adoption. Data of 500 participants were evaluated in total. Generally; It was found that pre-hospital emergency healthcare professionals adopted the right to privacy, but in the case of life-threatening this right could be subordinated.
