Nowadays, individuals owned their roles in a way to increase a person important responsibilities in the administration of and relationship complexity of mental health challenge becomes, the interpersonal relationships with people directly working lives of individuals and more importantly holds a place. Health institutions, human life is indispensable. Therefore, the health of their employees to become productive, to be psychologically healthy is directly related. This study of the perceptions of burnout in pre-hospital care and intensity of exposure is important in terms of determining. In the study, a questionnaire was used as data collection tool. Sample of the study consists of 314 emergency medical personnel. Sample selection simple random sampling method was used. In the study, 58 doctors, 102 paramedics and 154 EMT questionnaire was applied. In the study, data analysis was conducted in SPSS 17 software package. Data analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean as descriptive statistics were utilized. Burnout of perception and examined the relationship between exposure to violence, physical violence, verbal assault and sexual harassment, exposure, workers were determined to be caused by emotional exhaustion.
