Özet (EN)

This study is conducted to identify the factors that affect problem-solving skills of nurse managers who work in the hospital setting. During the research nurse managers who work in Ankara Pediatric Hematology Onkology Training and Research Hospital, Dışkapı Yıldırım Beyazıt Training and Research Hospital, Ankara Numune Education and Research Hospital, Dr . Sami Ulus Maternity, Children's Health and Diseases Training and Research Hospital, Keçiören Training and Research Hospital were the experiment group. Management and problem solving are quite important in health sector. As a result, sex, marital status, education level and age did not make a significant difference in the problem-solving behavior. Because the circumstances, which the manager nurses are in, were focused, it is thought that this study has supported the literature in the relevant field. It can also be said that this study can light the way for the other workers. It is predicted that this research also should be followed up for future planning and programming in nursing.
