Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study was in the hospital in the event of a conflict may arise between employees and managers with the method by which to determine a method that will manage this conflict and conflict management to determine the significance. The probable conflicts within the organization to effectively and efficiently manage a small or large, can interfere with the administrator's conflict styles are emphasized. Made a conscious intervention by the administrator, the organization of the conflict may be entitled to dispose of loss can have positive effects on the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. In this study, the causes of conflict and conflict management styles are addressed in the hospital. Objectives and methods of research on the type of research in trust and sampling, data collection, and statistical analyzes were carried out the execution of the study.
