Abstract (EN)

One of the methods used for the detection and analysis of hazards in aviation organizations is the BOW-TIE. As a result of hazard detection and analysis with BOW-TIE, one of the main purposes is to prevent the processes leading to an accident. This process is continuous within the safety management system and measures are defined within the aviation organization with the data obtained. In the processes after aviation accidents, accident investigation methods are used to determine the elements that constitute the accident and to take precautions. The data obtained from accident or incident investigations are transferred into the system as precautions specific to the accident / incident that took place at that time. The main goal in aviation is not to experience the same accident / incident again. In this study; In the hazard analysis method BOW-TIE, which has continuity within the safety management system in aviation organizations, it is aimed to ensure the continuity of analysis within the organization by transferring the data obtained from the accident / incident investigation results. A sample accident was examined using the BOW-TIE method to show that it would be more beneficial to continuously analyzes the variable factors within the organization, rather than the feedback of the experienced event once.
