Abstract (EN)
A global airline strategic alliance group is a larger collaboration of various airlines to gain strategic advantages in their business operations. Today, airline strategic alliance groups have become an important part of the airline industry. In this study, Data Envelopment Analysis was used to evaluate the technical efficiency of 28 Star Alliance member international airlines. As a result of the analysis carried out, the general efficiency, operational efficiency and income efficiency values of the airline companies were measured.
