ABSTRACTThis research?s aim is to indicate wich technique is used to choose personnels, toevalvete how to place personnels in job and to avalvete practices about personnel?s work in theclothing industry.The research is beneficial work that describe techniques to choose personnel, how toplace personnels in job and in which situations they will work in the clothing industry. In thisresearch, personnel managers ( personel manager and general manager) and personnels (modelist, stylist, atelier chiefs, marketing personel), who Works in prepared clothes industry arequestioned by the researcher. According to answer, datums are evaluated and their frequencyand their percentage are taken into account. Then, a table is made that shows it. ? t? test is madeto the lower problem?s datums and also, tests are made about refresion coefficient.The research covers the clothing industries with in Bursa. The samplisation of theresearch has been done by ramdomly chosen 40 staff managers and personnel working forvarious industries bound to BEGEV.The reseorch shows that personel managers search for personnels who have high qualitywhile placing them to the job, personnel managers also work about which personnel shoul beplaced in which job before taking them to the job. Candidates should pass different steps to bechosen, as well. In addition personel managers try to carry out psycho-techniqueAs a conclusinn, this analysis? results show that each prepored clothes industries shouldchoose their personnels conciously and they should choose by using scientific technique to getproducts with high quality, they shouldn?t choose their personnels randomly. We see thatpersonel managers give importance to the issue about getting good member for their job, theyplace their members to the departmenta that a member is necessary.
