Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is, to analyse the philosophy of language of Martin Heidegger and Michel Foucault and compare their thinks with the other works in the philosophy of language. The philosophy of language of Heidegger and Foucault are studied in relation with their ontologies. And their critics to modern times and to position of human at modern times are studied.Because of to be overlooked of existence and being far away from origin, Heidegger and Foucault criticize the analytic and comparative philosophy of language. According to Heidegger, the human, who carries to existence, demonstrate to self in language. The technique and science make language a technical tool and take away language from its own. Therefore the analytic and logician philosophy of language must be left. Because the essence of existence is lost in calculations. For the returning to essence of existence must be asked `?How must we think like??? Thinking and language is one. Language is not a tool for expression, language is the extent of human actions.Heidegger?s thinking influenced Foucault?s. However there are some similarities and discrepancies between thinks of two philosophers. According to Foucault every period has an Episteme which is effective and shaper on period and it?s impossible to escape from Episteme. Until the modern period, language passed from process the shaped by episteme as the other knowledge districts.Middle Ages and Renaissance Episteme has trio structure and named `?resemblance episteme??. This trio structure consist of `?indicator??, `?indicated?? and `?conjecture??. The will to find the secret signs in the thinks brought forth mystical language studies. The main theme of Classical Episteme is how the indicator can be linked to the indicated. In the Classsical Episteme there is a dual structure consist of `?indicator?? and `?indicated??. And the basic function of discourse is to suit a name to the things. This period provides three knowledge districts: General Grammar, The History of Nature, Analysis of Productiviness. Human the watchman of existence and who carries the language is still absent. But Modern Episteme has a different. In this period function of language is to set up a link between things and agents. The tree knowledge districts in Classical period (General Grammar, The History of Nature, Analysis of Productiviness) changed to this tree districts: Linguistics, Biology, Economics. And in this period human being is a object of knowledge by Antropology. The philosophy of Language of Heidegger and Foucault aim to provide to human mean of existence.Key words:1.Language2.Episteme3.Dasein4.Existence5.Discourse
