In this thesis, we aimed to investigate the synthesis, characterization and dielectric properties of hexasubstituted cyclotrifosphazene compounds containing six chalcone groups in the side branches of the phosphazene compound in the center. For this purpose, firstly, 4-hydroxy-substituted chalcone compounds (1a-k), 4-hydroxyacetonphenon-substituted aldehydes (3-methoxybenzaldehyde (a), 2,4-dimethoxybenzaldehyde (b), 3,4-dimethoxybenzaldehyde (c), 4-chloro-3-trifluorobenzaldehyde (d), 2,4,5-trimethoxybenzaldehyde (e), 4-phenylbenzaldehyde (f), 3,5-difluorobenzaldehyde (g), 4-chloro-2-fluorobenzaldehyde (h), 3 -triflorobenzaldehyde (k)) was obtained by reacting with the Claisen-Schmidt condensation protocol. In the second step, the substitution calcone compounds (1a-k) obtained were reacted with hexaclorocyclotrifosphazene in 1:6 ratios to yield hexa-substituted cyclophosphazene compounds (2a-k). Structural characteristics of these compounds were obtained by using FT-IR, 1H, 13C-APT NMR techniques in chalcone compounds and 31P, 1H-NMR, 13C-APT NMR, FT-IR and MALTI-TOF MS spectroscopic methods in substituted phosphazene compounds. In the third step, the dielectric properties of the cyclotrifosphazene compounds were determined by examining the increasing frequency at constant temperature and compared with each other.
