Abstract (EN)

Competition in the provision of health services is increasing. The importance of customer satisfaction and health at work today in an increasingly competitive environment to ensure satisfaction is inevitable. Delivery of health services is quite difficult, labor intensive and requires hard work. In maintaining the quality of health services and increase the efficiency of the employees in the correct use of communication skills, job satisfaction is very important to life. In this context, communication skills of employees in health care - Job satisfaction with the quality and effectiveness of the services that it can be said that a positive relationship. Satisfaction with the work of those who work to ensure the success of the organization is important in providing. The purpose of this study, which employs a very professional employees as part of health care communication skills and job satisfaction of nurses who examine the concept is to consider individual and organizational outcomes. Thıs study examined the literature and academic studies, Manisa State Hospital Merkezefendi communication skills and job satisfaction of nurses and demographic characteristics which tries to determine the predictive consists of field researchIn this study, to communicate effectively in speech and clear expressions of establishing empathy, to set up and active listening is an important factor that determined, as well as job satisfaction in achieving and increased performance in working together of people loved, fair pricing of the asset for promotion for employees is an important factor that the job satisfaction It was determined that increase organizational commitment.
