Mann-Whitney U test, Kruskal-Wallis H test and Bonferroni Correction were used in the evaluation of the data. According to the findings obtained in the research, the average level of knowledge about nurses' oxygen treatment is 22.94 ± 4.5 (min = 8, max = 35). In the study, it was determined that 36.4% of the nurses got below the average and more than half (63.6%) got above the average. Among the nurses who participated in the study, it is seen that the average score of information about oxygen therapy of the nurses who are in the age group of 30 and under and 38-44 age group and who are in charge of is significantly higher (p<0.05). Among the nurses who participated in the study, the average knowledge scores of oxygen therapy for nurses with a study period of 14 years and over and operating room nurses were found to be significantly lower (p>0.05). In line with the results obtained from the research, necessary proposals have been made such as establishing protocols for the treatment of oxygen in hospitals, arranging in-service training programs and ensuring continuity of these programs, providing theoretical and practical training for oxygen therapy in undergraduate education.
