Being healthy are linked to the determinants of health such as lifestyles of individuals, living conditions and economic levels. The importance of health services in is great health protection and the sustainable. Health services, besides maintaining and protecting the health of individuals, when they got sick can make old work studies aimed at improving and diagnosis or covers all services related to settling into a new job skill. Nurse, who are members of the indispensable of the health care team; who are a professional member of profession problem-solving skills in responsibilities using the receive the training, knowledge, critical thinking and communication skills. Nurses' problem-solving skills is required responsibility because many other professions to be more advanced and sufficient that provide of indivuduals to health care preventing to damage and life protection. Skill of a qualified nurse is required to have problem-solving skills in the nursing profession. When the studies examined are known to be important of problem-solving skills but it can be concluded that not used sufficiently.With this study the nurses' problem-solving skills were examined relationships with various demographic characteristics. Problem solving skills has not been shown to affect of age, gender, marital status, learning situation. However,problem solving skills have concluded that positively affected taking problem-solving training and of working time in the profession.
