Managerial and organizational problems encountered in nursing service (Rize State Hospital nurses case)

Nursing services, and role within the health care team, as well as the need to have a significant impact on the success of the hospital location. This raises the need to be managed in a good way of nursing services in hospitals. Nursing services in hospitals are required to reveal the existing problems in order to achieve the desired efficiency. The purpose of this study, a public hospital nurses demographic characteristics and managerial and organizational problems they encounter in their nursing care and to investigate the relationship between different variables of working conditions. After research presents a theoretical framework with empirical research has been done to support the topic. Rize State Hospital employees empirical research covers a total of 183 nurses. The result of research nurses were found to have problems from managerial and organizational aspects of nursing services. The main findings obtained in the study of managerial and organizational issues identified in the light; insufficient number of nurses, by taking the necessy measures for safety, lack of institutional arrangements that provide the jobs done in a systematic way, top management of nursing care hospitals were not represented strongly, nurses place of employment when determining the information, which take into account the skills and education levels, lack of compensation, advancement opportunities be limited, can not be resolved efficiently handle the problem and found that the low level of employee satisfaction.
