Abstract (EN)
The objective of this thesis is to state the reflecions of Heteredox Economics/Public Finance approaches on Turkey. Firstly, this study deals with the methodology of economics and how economics have become "a science‟‟ by seperating itself from other social sciences. Next, theories and methodologies of Orthodox and Heteredox economics are explained by dividing economics as Orthodox and Heterodox. The first chapter consists of main arguments, study fields and limitations of Orthodox – Heterodox economics. Secondly, the history, theory and methodology of primary Heterodox Economics/Public Finance are examined. In the context of this thesis, Radical Politic Economics, Post-Keynesian Economics, Instituonal Economics and Feminist Economics are explained. The last chapter examines, Heterodoks Economics/Public Finance approaches‟, the graduate and under-graduate programmes of the oldest ten universities of Turkey and the masters and Ph.d thesis that are published between the years 1990 and 2018.
