Abstract (EN)
The location of energy levels in triple barrier double quantum well structures varies depending on the structure parameters. If the energies of the electrons sent to this type of structure are equivalent to the energy levels in the well, channels are formed through which all of the electrons can pass. This phenomenon, called resonance tunneling, depends on the shape of the barrier potential (well and barrier widths, barrier height). The Pöschl-Teller potential is an important potential that finds wide application in physics and chemical physics. The Pöschl-Teller potential is one of the fully solvable potentials. In this study, electron transmission and resonance tunneling phenomenon in Hyperbolic Pöschl Teller triple barrier quantum potential structures were investigated. The effect of structure parameters on resonance tunneling has been examined.
