Abstract (EN)

Ski sports tourism continues to grow every year at Davraz ski resort in Isparta. Although the increase in the ski population has positive effects on winter tourism in Isparta province, Davraz ski resort is among the small ski resorts, and its more temperate climate due to the effect of the Mediterranean climate has a negative impact on the development of ski sports and tourism. In order to increase the ski population and interpret why people participate, service quality, motivation and revisit intention in ski activities have been important factors in explaining the behavior of tourists in sports tourism. Therefore, based on the effective practice of measuring motivations and service quality, servqual and push pull motif theory were used to investigate the relationships between service quality. In this study, it was aimed to measure and examine the service quality, motivations and revisit intentions of skiers and snowboarders coming to Davraz ski resort.
