In rapidly globalizing world, competition is one of the most popular word we have used. Due to competition, all companies should improve their process for better to respond their customer new, fresh request. Otherwise, companies are aware of financial collapse is not inevitable. In this study first of all, basic analyzing methods are preferred to learn more knowledge in a short time about outside or inside of company. Porter 5 force model is the first method to analyze external environment. By the help of Pest analysis which supports Porter 5 force model's output, external environment have investigated political, economical, sociocultural and technological sides. Results of Pest analysis and Porter 5 force model have evaluated on SWOT analysis. Taking account of SWOT analysis results, problems, which come across in company, have collected on Cause Effect diagram. Depends on all these analyses' results, web design and database design have chosen as mostly proper for company's needs. In this study, two different system diagram are available as before and after improvement. Web design and database design performance has interpreted on performance chart after implementation. The last part of this study, to have given suggestions to company on Cause Effect diagram
