Abstract (EN)
Personnel management is a term used for organizing people working in an organization. Its history goes back as long as history of mankind. However, recent developments seen in that ear showed that personnel management must be a set of activities more than organizing workers and collect receipts and other documents about people. There is a need for a wide and complicated set of activities managed strategically. As a result of increasing importance of "people" in business life, firms focused on human resources in order to increase quality and productivity. Consequently, human resources management has been a term widely used in business life. Human resources management has many duties such as employment, development and education. one of the duties of human resources management is employing people. Aim of that study is understanding whether gender differences affect choices of human resources management staff during employment process. In order to reach that aim, peer interview technique is used with 32 participants. 14 of the participants are homosexuals, 9 of them are heterosexuals, 6 of them are shemales, 1 is transsexual and 2 are bisexual. At the end of the study, it is understood that gender preferences and differences effect decisions of human resources management staff.
