Abstract (EN)
Today, social and industrial changes are an important factor for women to enter the business world. Since the innovations in technology have increased day by day, the ease of access to information has led to an increase in the number of educated women. In this sense, entrepreneurship is becoming more attractive for women. The aim of this study is to determine both the gender-based entrepreneurial characteristics and qualifications of women entrepreneurs in Çorum and to evaluate them in the context of service production. Within the scope of this aim, suggestions were made to direct women entrepreneurs to the production sector. Keywords: Initiative, Entrepreneurship, Women's Entrepreneurship, Service production
