Hocazâde Abdülaziz Efendi ve Ahlâk-i Muhsinî translation (the text of studying vr. 61a-165b)

This study has been done with the purpose of putting forward the moral qualities that the rulers of the government and individuals have to carry by examinig the work named Ahlak-ı Muhsini which was translated in the 17th century.In our study the examination of the work named Ahlak-ı Muhsini which was translated into Turkish by Hocazade Abdulaziz Efendi in the year 1612 has been done by reading the sheets of paper between 61a-165b.The research is made up of introduction, examination, text and conclusion parts.In the introduction part the concept of moral has been examinedfully and the moral understanding according to periods has been taken into consideration. In the 2nd part, composed and translated works that have have been written this way in the process that passed till the period that the work we are examining was written have been introduced by being summarized.With the tought that according to the work?s contents and form it can be incluted into the category of `Siyaset-nâme? sort works information about `Siyaset-nâmeler? has been tried to be given.In the 3rd part, the author of the work Hüseyin Vâiz Kaşifî and his works have been introduced, information about Ahlak-ı Muhsini translations made in our literature has been given.And in the 4th part the life and works of our author Abdulaziz Efendi have been examined fully and information about the work has been given. Again in the same part evalation about the work?s language and style, translation purpose, translation method have been made and short summaries of the examined sections of the work have been given.In the 5th part copies of the work, the method followed in the datection of the work and the text with transcription of the part between the 61a-165b pages of the 3467 numbered outhor handwritten work Ahlak-ı Muhsini in the Süleymaniye Library has been given (In this part information about important people whose names pass ın between texts have been given in the footnotes.Also, verses of the Kuran and the sayings of the prophet Muhammed that are mentioned in the text have been found from sources as far as possible and their meanings have been written.)
