Abstract (EN)

The complexity of today's systems has increased the importance of systems reliability. Along with the developing and transforming world technology, human beings have made the reliability issue important for the proper operation and controllability of the tools manufactured by them. In this thesis, in the first part, definitions about reliability concept, reliability function, system reliability and reliability analysis have been made and information about these concepts has been given. In the second part, information about poisson distribution, inhomogeneous poisson process and maximum likelihood estimation are given and modeling is done. In the third stage, to test the reliability of an ATM machine belonging to a bank for implementation, the time between failures (AAS) was calculated for 70 data of 2019. Again, using these data, some calculations were made such as trend analysis, application of the force law model, expected number of failures, estimation of the next failure time, and reliability calculation for various time intervals. As a result of these calculations, it is concluded that the model chosen for the application is sufficient modeling Keywords: Reliability, Maximum Likelihood Method, Systems, Inhomogeneous Poisson Process, Force Law Model
