الأوامر والنواهي المتعلقة بذات النبي عليه الصلاة والسلام

This research is written to throw a light on an important object which is the rights of the prophet PBUH over his nation. The research has handled some of these rights, and studying the evidences mentioned about this object in a fundamental and jurisprudential study, particularly this section has not been examined before in such way, except the provisions of jurisprudence as mentioned in the Book "Al-Shefa" written by Al QADI IYAD, May Allah have Mercy on him, and some provisions which are distributed in the books of the prophet's biography, characteristics and attributes. I have extrapolated the prophet's rights over his nation, and I have attempted to collect most of them under two main divisions: the orders and the prohibitions. Therefore, the research is entitled according to that by the orders and the prohibitions that related to the character of the prophet himself PBUH. Thus, the research is consisted of an introduction including the introduction about the terms of the title, and three parts. The first part is entitled according to the character of the prophet himself PBUH, and it contains the following studies: the character of the prophet himself (its conception and comprehensiveness), the character of the prophet himself in the Holy Qur'an, through the signs of the prophethood, through the prophet's noble attributes and good characteristics, through the jurisprudence of the prophetic biography, and through the historical chronology of the prophet's life events. The second part is entitled: the orders related to the character of the prophet himself PBUH. This parts includes the following researches: What must we do towards the prophet practically. What rights do the prophet have over us regarding the belief. What is desirable for us to do towards the prophet PBUH. What is permitted for us to do towards the prophet PBUH. The third part is entitled "The prohibitions related to the character of the prophet himself PBUH". It includes the following researches: the prohibitions that turn the committer into disbeliever, the prohibitions that make the doer sinful, and the prohibitions that lead to disliked act in case they are done. The conclusion of the research has mentioned the most important results of it, as well as some important recommendations scholars may benefit from them.
