Abstract (EN)
One of the most influential factors affecting the changes in social life in the 21st century is the development of areas such as technology and production. The most important of the changes brought about by these developments is the concept of fast fashion , a production & marketing system which has emerged in the textile sector. This system creates and delivers the products according to the demands of the consumers in very short time periods and which does this with low cost. The fact that these fashion products are offered to high quality consumers with fast and low wages causes changes in consumer behavior in certain periods. This behavior constitutes the purchase behavior. In this study, our aim is to see the development of textile and fashion concept from the pre-industrial revolution to the present, and the effects of fast fashion on the fashion sector by examining the human and environmental factors affecting these developments. The results of the research show us that the desire to receive high-quality products quickly and cheaply and to share it with thousands of people and millions of people from various platforms with the developing technology has a great positive effect on the importance of fast clothing in the fashion sector. It has been determined that attitudes towards fast fashion products have a significant effect on the purchasing behavior of the consumer and then on every sector that is doing any business related to fashion.
