Objective: In the literature, Studies among different ethnic groups have been made and norms of the hard and soft tissue was investigated in many regions using the hard tissue cephalometric analysis methods and Arnett soft tissue analysis method.However we identified the absence of Soft tissue norms analysis for the Cukurova region in the literature.This study has planned to correct the deficiencies in this subject. Materials-Methods: By using the Cukorova University Faculty of Dentistry Department of Orthodontics archives we have selected 45 Male and 45 Female in total 90 subjects with class I oclussion which met our criteria for inclusion. The subjects have been divided to three groups based on their age. 16-20 years group I, 20-25 years group II, and subjects 25-30 years were categorized to be group III. In this thesis study Arnett soft tissue analysis was made on the subjects Lateral Cephalometric Radiographs using the Audaxceph Advantage program. Results: In our study, when 13 tissue analysis of 45 male subjects were compared with mean values in the literature. There was a significant statistical difference observed between their ULT, LLT, P-P', M-M', ULA, A'-TVL, ULA-TVL, MX1-TVL and MD1-TVL values.In our study, when 13 tissue analysis of 45 female subjects were compared with mean values in the literature. There was a significant statistical difference observed between their ULT, LLT, P-P', NLA, ULA, A'-TVL, ULA-TVL, MD1-TVL and LLA-TVL values. Conclusion: Total 90 subjects were studied in their age and gender groups, and in their Arnett soft tissue value measurement evaluations variations have been observed.
