Ibn Abdülber and fiqh personality

Ibn Abdülber is an Andalusian lawyer, having ideas in relation with Mâlikî theory. He masters the various Islamic sciences. Ibn Abdülber, who is generally known as compenent scholar for Hadith, is also an interpereter of Islamic law with his opinions. Living in Kurtuba, Ibn Abdülber leaves his hometown because of its turmoil and he travels different cities of Al-Andalus. Although he remains to stay in Al- Andulus, he achieves success through his students and scholar with whom he is in contact. Al- Andalus gains success with the scientific studies and became Mâlikî with the efforts of Imam Mâlik's students. Andalusian Fiqh is affected by Egypt and Kayravan Mâlikî scientific studies and it trained lots of lawyer. Furu'al fiqh is in common in Al-Andalus and Al- Andalus gains success from scientific studies with the help of lawyers of Islamic studies who prefer to use primary sources and interpretation. Although Ibn Abdülber is a lawyer adopting Mâlikî opinions, he doesn't accept the ideas without searching them. He tries to criticize opininons that aren't relation with primary sources. He has boks about comporative fiqh and these book are only about sectarian of Mâlikî. Ibn Abdülber supports creative ideas and criticizes imitation of ideas. That's why he thinks that talented scholars should interpret the ideas. He also thinks that imitation of ideas isn't appropriate for scholars.
