Özet (EN)
Ibn Hajar al-Haytamî and Shamsaddin al-Ramlî, who lived in Egypt during the first period of the domination of the Ottomans and the last period of the Mamluks, had the final word in Shafii school has become the most influential names after Imam Shafii (d. 204/820) and Rafii and Nawawi (d. 623/1226), which are called as Shaykhain (two sheikh) (d. 676/1277). The views and preferences of Haytami were accepted as the most common view in all Shafi'i geography except Egypt and Hejaz, and were influential in shaping the opinion of many scribes who came after them. Ramlî had a great influence in Egypt and Hejaz, also had a serious effect on the period of the annotations. These two scholars, who sophisticated and produced works in many fields, wrote an annotation called Tuhfetul-Muhtâc and Nihâyetu'l-Muhtâc on the work of Nawawi, which has an important role in the literature of Shafi's fiqh. These annotations have become just as famous as their authors. These two works, which are still being used today, have been studied in the madrasahs and were among the books that the scholars applied when they were giving the fatwa. Haytamî and Ramlî, who were mentioned as İmamayn (Two Imams), Şeyhayn (Two Sheikhs/scholar) and İklîleyn (two Iklils/crown), sat at the same teacher's feet and lived in the same period and same region. Although such a common points there have been many conflicts on füru-i fiqh between these two scholars. At first these conflicts were considered very important and became the reason for taking a side, but later the views of both were accepted as mutual in the whole Shafi'i geography. Their conflicts attracted the attention of the scribes succeed them, and books were written by some scholars about the issues they disputed. However, there is not any study has been conducted on the reasons of conflict. Therefore, in this study, the reasons of the conflicts between them and the effects of each on the Shafi'i fiqh have been studied. While the majority of the conflicts of these two fakihs, influenced all Shafi'i geographies from the time they lived until today, mostly originated from the choices they made and partly due to the difference of evidence such as comparison, custom and maslaha.
