Ibna'r-Ri̇f'a, life and works

ABSTRACT In our research, we studied the life, works and scientific personality of Fakîh Ibna'r-Rif'a. In the period corresponding to the establishment years of the Mameluke State, he was nicknamed 'Fakîh' because he had depicted Ibna'r-Rif'a in Egypt with his fiqh. The life and works of Ibna'r-Rif'a, who was one of the individuals who were accepted as an authority in the Shafi'i sect during his lifetime, have never been the subject of an academic study as a whole. Four of the works of Ibna'r-Rif'a eseraındans works, each of which is worthy of examination, are waiting to be liberated from the dusty shelves of manuscript libraries. In addition to the works that are available during our research, we tried to make use of these writings and tried to reveal the life, works and scientific personality of Ibna'r-Rif'a. Our research consists of an introduction, two sections, results and bibliography. In the first part, after giving a brief information about the Mamlûklu state, which was the period of Ibna'r-Rif'a, We studied Ibna'r-Rif'a's life. After we worked the Ibna'r-Rif'a's personalities and we We investigated that affected him and the students he raised, and we searched the studies made about him. We have placed Ibna'r-Rif'a's scientific personality and some of his fetishes. In the second chapter, I reviewed his books the works of Ibna'r-Rif'a.
