Internal customer's satisfaction effect on company's success

Abstract (EN)

In this research, the effect of internal customer satisfaction on the success of the company has been tried to be described in a descriptive way. The internal customer is referred to as the people who serve within the same institution. Similarly, if all the employees fulfill the related tasks and tasks to get the demands of the external customers, from the senior management to the newly entering personnel, these people are expressed as internal customers of each other. Internal customer satisfaction is very important in terms of achieving the optimum level of employee productivity. In order for the company to successfully survive, internal customer satisfaction must be high. This research was carried out with a survey study with 200 internal customers serving in a group of companies. The Internal Customer Satisfaction scale, which was validated and trusted by Dürnev Yılmaz in 2004, has been used in the research. According to the results of the research, it was found that internal customer satisfaction had a positive relation with company success (p <0,01).
