Abstract (EN)

Almost all verses of decisive (muhkamat) are mujmal. Explaining it in detail is left to sunnah. For example, the Qur'an completely forbids lies. The sunnah, on the other hand, makes exceptions to this general provision regarding lies, and the provision of the sunnah is applied to lies. According to this, sunnah declares all the verses that come as a mujmal with regard to either the determination of the verses' circumstances or their reasons, conditions, obstacles, validity (sıhhat) and invalidity. In this respect, it is not possible to apply the Sharia judgment without the sunnah. Because the sunnah plays an important role in understanding the mujmal and other wordings. In this study, after giving the meaning, reasons, provision and scope of ijmal, how the sunnah declares the mujmal will be discussed in detail.
