Turkey Wealth Fund in the perspective of administrative law

Sovereign wealth funds, which first established by resource-rich countries in order to invest for various purposes have become more important in the international economic system owing to the side effects of globalisation. This situation has resulted for various other countries as including Turkey to establish their own sovereign wealth funds. As with Turkey Wealth Fund which has established in 2016, sovereign wealth funds have become a novelty both for economy and law while being a separate research subject for them at the same time. And also for administrative law, sovereign wealth funds obtain a special importance especially in public interest theories and in public sector financing. Turkey Wealth Fund's analysis has also been carried within the scope of the aforementioned topics. In our study, sovereign wealth funds with their backgrounds, evolution and base features were examined under the main principles of administrative law. Turkey Weath Fund was examined within the principles of Turkish administrative law alongside with The Law No. 6741 on Establishment of Turkish Wealth Fund Management Company and Amendments in Certain Laws and the side legislation related with Turkey Wealth Fund alongside with the various discussions concerning sovereign weath funds and Turkish Weath Fund.
