Abstract (EN)

In this study, we investigated the queueing system with parallel channel and waiting line theoretically. Finnaly, we obtianed the parameters of queueing system with parallel line. Besides we investigated queueing system with parallel heterogeneous channels and waiting line and waiting line theoretically. They are analysed, their parameters are found. General definition of queueing theory and using places are examples. General kinds of queueing systems and their figures are given. Basic Notion which are used in queieng theory is given with symbols and means of symbols are given. Stochastical processes are defined and Poisson processes are investigated. We studied the Markov Processes and their transition probabilities, their specralities and Markov Chain. Poisson processes and on queueing system is showed. By using queueing system with two heterogeneous channel?s equations we calculate n, one and empty system probabilities. While we are calculating one unit probabilities we bewared of channel is placed. In the final chapter, a discussion of result is summarized and some further research topics are proposed.
