The interaction between manufacturers of secondary packaging machines and their customers is changing with the digitalization of business processes. Well-defined and designed websites enable this interaction for production, presentation and exchange of information more effectively. Websites that are oriented towards the needs of customers play a crucial role in managing digital business processes. The aim of this thesis is to design an efficient website for manufacturers of secondary packaging machines and to identify the needs and functional requirements of customers in order to improve service quality. For this purpose, in-depth interviews are conducted with company owners, purchasing and production employees of manufacturers and surveys are conducted among the participants and visitors of the international packaging trade fairs. Subsequently, the customer needs and functional requirements are determined with the Blitz Quality Function Deployment (QFD) and the order of importance of the customer needs is revealed with the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). A prototype website is then developed that meets these customer needs. The results show that "Communication", "Content" with the other antecedents "Accurate Information" and "Up-to-date Information" are the most important customer needs for the design quality of secondary packaging machinery manufacturers' websites. The websites that address these needs will improve the interaction between manufacturers and customers to ensure that digital business processes are executed effectively.
