Ikramiyeli newspaper of transcription and evaluation

In this study, Ikramiyeli Newspaper, one of the newspapers published in the post-constitutional period in the Ottoman period, was examined. In this research, what is the concept of journalism in general sense, how the journalism has gone through the historical process of the Ottoman Empire from the emergence of the newspaper is given. In addition, since the Ikramiyeli Newspaper was talking about agricultural activities in terms of content, it was mentioned what kind of agricultural activities were in the Ottoman period and which other newspapers and magazines like Ikramiyeli Newspaper. In the second part of the thesis, the general characteristics of the newspaper, which writers wrote in the newspaper and the purpose of the newspaper are mentioned. In the second part, what the newspaper refers to in terms of the content obtained from the data obtained from the transcription of the original newspaper documents in the third part of the thesis is given. In the third part of the study, transcriptions of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 7th, 9th, 10th, 12th and 13th editions of Ikramiyeli Newspaper were performed. Finally, in the conclusion part of the study, the data obtained from the transcription documents were examined in detail and what was changed in the newspaper from the first edition to the 13th edition was observed and shown statistically.
