Teaching of Kemalism section in the lesson book of ''TC.inkilap tarihi ve Atatürkçülük'' at elemantary second grade eigth class visual materials

In this research, Atatürkism chapter in the Turkish Republic Revolution History and Atatürkism book of Primary School .8th Grade has been examined in terms of visual materials. Also examined in this chapter is how much visual materials take place, diversity of visual materials and whether the visual materials are compatible with the text. Also it is tried to contribute to teaching Atatürkism in the best way with visual material suggestions.For the purpose of teaching Atatürkism with visual materials, Primary School 8th Grade Turkish Republic Revolution History and Atatürkism Book which is approved as a course book by the decision of Teaching and Education Board of the National Education Ministry and published with the number 2682 and dated 04.06.2007 instruction of Editions Department, is studied. During the research, scientific resources about the subject are referred.This study consists of four parts. In the first part, problem situation, problem sentence, sub-problems, purpose of the study, its importance, hypothesis, restraints; in the second part, method of the research; in the third part, the findings of research and comments about it take place. The conclusion and suggestions are explained in the last part.
