Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this research is to supply the relatıon between the posıtıon of prımary educatıon ınspectors?ın doıng theır professıonal duty and the burnout levels through the points of view of Primary Education inspectors and teachers. The universe of research study is composed of 206 primary education inspectors who work in constitution of National Education directorates in 14 cities which are selected from the general of Turkey and from the seven geographical regions in 2005/2006 academic year and 7929 primary school and branch teachers who work in 316 primary schools in these selected cities. The questionnaire (that) supplied for the aim of being an implement for collecting datum is composed of three main chapters. In the first chapter there is a personal knowledge form which is composed of variations in ?sexuality, age, civil situation, priority, branch and educational situations? in second chapter these a the form that is composed of 45 matters about primary education inspectors duties in ?guidance, bringing up the personal in working-place on working-time, inspectation, utilization, examination, research and investigation?, in third chapter there is Maslach Burnout Inventory that is composed of 22 matters. These three chapters were got into only one (single) questionnaire and all of three questionnaires were applied on 260 primary (school) education inspectors in the examples, the first and second chapters of the questionnaire were applied on totally 1510 educator who were compassed of 1250 teachers and others working in the 90 primary schools. 175 primary school inspectors? questionnaires and 1109 teachers? questionnaires were taken for excalvation. Depending on the research inventions these results were obtained. 1. According to the answer and view of Primary school inspectors and teachers, the questionnaire shows that primary school inspectors gave `some times? and `many times? answers to the questions about Primary school inspectors? guidance, bringing up the personal in working-place on working time, inspectation and utilization, investigation, research. 2. There was a meaningful difference between the primary school inspector?s points of view and teachers? points of views about the subjects of primary school inspectors? guidance and bringing up the personal in working-place on working-time, inspectation, utilization, examination, investigation, and research. 3. There was not a meaningful difference between `The view about how primary school inspectors were doing their duties while they were doing guidance, bringing up the personal in working-place on working-time, inspection, utilization, examination, investigation, and research and the varieties about sexuality, age, civil situation, priority, branch and educational situations. 4. According to primary inspectors view about on which level the burnout levels burnout sub-dimensions were, they live ?less burnout? in emotional burnout and insensibility sub-dimension and they live ?much burnout? in personal failure sub-dimension, 5. Up to the fact of ?according to sexuality, age, civil situation, priority, branch, educational situation variations in burnout sub-dimension in the primary school inspectors? burnouts? there was not meaningful differences of the sexuality, age, civil situation, priority, branch variations. ?Emotional burnout, insensibility, personal failure? sub-dimensions and in addition there wasn?t difference in ?personal failure? sub-dimensions according to educational situations, there were meaningful differences in ?Emotional Burnout and Insensibility? sub-dimensions, 6. Primary school inspectors live burnout in the sub dimension level in the point of the view of primary school inspectors? burnout levels up to these knowledge?s there is a negative, strony relation and % 69 of burnout level is about primary school inspectors? professional duty doings? changings between the situation of primary school inspectors? professional duty doings effort and burnout level, in other words it is fixed that the more their burnout levels get more their professional duty doings effort situation get less.
