Expectations of primary school students parents from school administrators

Education and teaching is a kind of discipline that consist of different respects. In that system, there are many factors deal with this systematic duration such as school building, administrators, teachers, students, parents of students. These factors always affect each other and produce an expectation.In education and teaching duration parents of the students are important and effective as the school administrators, teachers and students. In this century it is certain that the impact of parents on education has increased. Parents are in deep relation with some educational factors such as student success, security, counsel, social and cultural activities, hygine, health and physical conditions of the school and last school family coordination activities. When the parents come to school these factors are the first ones to speak with the school administrators. (School head administrator, main assistant administrator and assistant administrators). Thus, of course parents of the students have some specific expectations from the administrators of the school.The product of `Expectations of primary school students? parents from school adminisrators? was put into practice by means of a survey results in centre of Uşak in seven main school on parents. By asking 72 different questions in this survey about expectations from school administrators, we took different answers about education duration, security, counsel, social and cultural activities, physical and health conditions of the school.In this survey, the parents whose education level is higher ( generally 30-40 years old ones) have much more expectations from school administrators. What is more, we asked some questions about counsel and security that is really important concept at recent education value and used the answers of the questions in the survey.The parents of the students who has more annual income have more expectations than who has low annual income ones. The parents of the students who visit the scholl admininistrators every day have more positive effect both on parents and students than the others.Key words: School admininistrator, parent of the student, education and teaching, security, counsel, social and cultural activities, the conditions of the school such as physical, healt, hygine, family of school combination.
