Abstract (EN)
In this research, surveying primary school teachers' levels of perception about organizational trust relating to school has been aimed.The research population consists of 5512 teachers working in 161 primary schools in the city center of Diyarbakır in 2010-2011 Academic Year. 25 primary schools have been choosen from the research population with disproportional group sampling method and 1544 teachers working in these schools have consisted of the sample. Those 25 primary schools have been visited and questionaries have been applied to the sample (1544 teachers). However, 1100 of these questionaries have been answered completely and they have been added to sample. In this case, the sample represents the research population in the percentage of 19, 96.Research's scale which has been developed by Dabavol (1994) and adapted to Turkish by Yılmaz (2005), consists of 38 items and 4 sub-dimensions (sensitivity to workers, trust to manager, communication atmosphere and openness to innovation) is
