Abstract (EN)
Impact on employees' job satisfaction, perceptions of the negotiation of this study were explained. For this purpose, working in schools with teachers and administrators about the perceptions of job satisfaction were examined and discussed. The relevant literature and the primary school in Keçiören in Ankara in 2013, 172 questionnaires were collected by applying the teachers and administrators.
