This difference is that; teachers who had had 1 to 5 years employment timehave more positive thoughts on the grounds of school director?s decision-making, determiningand solving problems, and super visionary skills than those who had had 6 to 10 yearsemployment time.6- Primary school teachers? ideas on managers? decision-making skills differ due to theireducation levels. This difference is between the teachers who had graduated from a master?sdegree, a teachers? college, a training college, or from another institution. Teachers have morepositive opinions on managers? decision-making abilities; than the ones who graduated from amaster?s degree program. In other words; as teachers? education degrees increase, theirexpectations on school directors? capacity of decision-making increases too.7- There is an affirmative linkage as P<0.01 between teachers? ideas on their schools?weather and their ideas on school directors? decision-making skills. As teachers? positivethoughts on their school weather increases; their positive thoughts on managers? decision-making skills increases too. This situation is binding for all subgroups.
