The effects of unionizing on the teachers and managers in primary schoolls

Today syndicates are indispensable parts of social life in all societes which have already formed and placed democratic culture.Syndicates which are essentially important civil society organizations of today can also be seen as pressure groups in political and social fields.In our country,struggle of the public employees for becoming organized and accessing rights of syndicates have been lasting for years.When it is looked at the current structure of Education-Work it is apparently seen that there are over 50 % educators who are not already members of the syndicate neither want to be a part of it.For this reason,knowing reasons lying behind this tendency carries importance at the point of taking cautions for increasing the proportion of syndication.In this research it has been tried to determine effects of syndication activities on teachers and directors in primary schools.
