The comparison of the communication between the teachers and administrators

SUMMARY Master Thesis The Comparison of the Communication between the Teachers and Administrators Cengiz BATMAZ Firat University The Institute of Social Sciences The Main Branch of Educational Sciences December 2004, Page: Approx. 130 The aim of this study is to determine the communicational level which occurred between the teachers and administrators in the elementary schools. This research is conducted in the 20 elementary schools in Elazığ. 299 teachers and 97 administrators were participated at mis research. The survey developed by the researcher has been applied to all of the participants. All of the data analyzed with SPSS program by used of descriptive statistics, independent samples t-test, one-way ANOVA. Significance level accepted as.05 for independent samples t-test and one-way ANOVA. The results of the research indicated mat: 1. The teachers communicated with their administrators effectively. But the communicational level of administrators is much more affected from their experiences and further education. 2. The administrators agreed mat they fully realized communicational criteria which are the main subject of the research. 3. The teachers declined that the administrators didn't realized communicational criteria which are the main subject of the research. It can be said that mere were great differences between the opinions of the teachers and administrators for all of tile cases of the research.
